Time Out Chicago’s Eating and Drinking Guide

I had the pleasure of photo editing and shooting the 2011 Eating and Drinking Guide for Time Out Chicago. This was my second year working on this project and I must say, it looks beautiful! The talented Brendan Lekan, shot our cover inspired by a dish from the Purple Pig. I shot close to 100 images for the book, but decided to post 2 of my favs: Chef Edward Kim from Ruxbin and the seared tofu from Mana Food Bar.
