Time Out asked me to photograph the Publican’s monumental seafood tower.   For a whopping 125.00, 4-6 guests can enjoy a three- tiered tower featuring a variety of fresh seafood.  I witnessed 4 chefs construct the tower in less the 6 minutes!   Rather impressive.  For more about big ticket items, check out  Julia Kramer and David Tamarkin’s article here.
