For the Eating and Drinking Guide this year we had three ideas of what dish would look best on the cover.  Longman and Eagle’s Pork belly BLT, Jam’s Jamburger and Purple Pig’s Jámon and Duck Egg Sandwich.  Purple pig won because we decided to show a fork and knife instead of hands, not to mention, its quite beautiful.  Here are few images that I made while scouting for the cover that were never published.
