I’ve never been a fan of cranberry sauce but I decided to give it another try this year.  My friend Jeremy showed me the most simple and tasty recipe and my my my, have I been missing out!  This stuff is delicious and super easy.  All you need is fresh cranberries (we got ours at Green City Market), water, sugar and some apple peel (adds pectin).  Simmer until the cranberries break up and become mushy.
