Now a days, it seems as if there are 101 ways to make a “good cup of Joe”, but the guys at Counter Culture have perfected the art. They give demonstrations of pour over and percolating techniques to coffee snobs and baristas. They were kind enough to give me a quick tutorial, and now I am an official “pour over” coffee extraordinaire! Took a little bit of an adjustment (certainly more time consuming), but now this new morning ritual leads to a damn good cup of coffee. More on Coffee Culture here.
